Tracking Your Repair
Once your device is being repaired, you can check the status anytime! We offer two convenient ways to track your repair progress.
Option 1: Check with Ticket Number
Use this method if you don't have an account or prefer quick access:
1Go to "Check Ticket Status" Page
Navigate to the ticket status checker from the main menu or homepage.
2Enter Your Ticket Number
Type in the ticket number you received when you dropped off your device (sent via email and text).
3Click "Check Status"
Submit the form to view your repair status.
4View Current Status
See detailed information about your repair progress and any updates.
Understanding the Ticket Status Screen
Key Information Displayed:
- Estimated Completion: Expected date and time when your repair will be finished
- Countdown Timer: Days, hours, and minutes remaining until completion
- Ticket Status Badge: Current status (NEW TICKET, In Progress, Completed, etc.)
- Ticket Number: Your unique identifier for this repair
- Device Information: Device model, serial number, category
- Customer Tab: View customer contact information
- Service & Billing Details: List of services and pricing
Option 2: Check from Your Account
If you have an account, this is the easiest way to track all your repairs:
1Log In to Your Account
Click the Account button in the top navigation and sign in.
2Go to "My Tickets" or "Open Tickets"
Navigate to the tickets section from your account dashboard.
3View All Active Repairs
See a list of all your current repairs with status updates at a glance.
4Click for Details
Select any ticket to view detailed information about that specific repair.
Repair Status Meanings
Understanding what each status means helps you know exactly where your repair stands:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Received | We have your device and it's been logged into our system |
| Diagnosing | A technician is examining your device to identify issues |
| In Progress | Repair work has started and is actively being worked on |
| Waiting Parts | Required parts have been ordered and we're waiting for delivery |
| Completed | Repair is finished and device has been tested |
| Ready for Pickup | Your device is ready! Come pick it up during business hours |
| Picked Up | You've successfully collected your repaired device |
Viewing Device Details
When checking your ticket status, you can switch between the Device and Customer tabs to see different information:
Device Tab Shows:
- Device model and image
- Serial number or IMEI
- Device category
- Passcode status
- Service description with quantity and price
- Subtotal and tax breakdown
Can't Find Your Ticket Number?
Your ticket number was sent to you via email and text message when you dropped off your device. Check:
- Your email inbox (search for "ALMIR CO" or "ticket")
- Your spam/junk folder
- Your text messages
- Your account dashboard if you're logged in
- Contact us directly with your name and phone number for assistance
Status Not Updated?
Status updates are made as work progresses. If your status hasn't changed in a while:
- Some repairs take longer than others
- Parts may be on order (status will show "Waiting Parts")
- Complex issues may require additional diagnostic time
- Feel free to contact us for a personal update anytime
