How to Sign Up
1Click the "Account" Button
Located in the top right corner of the navigation bar. Look for the user icon or "Account" text.
2Click "Sign Up"
In the popup window, find and click the "Sign up" link or button to access the registration form.
3Fill in Your Information
Complete the registration form with the following details:
- First Name: Your legal first name
- Last Name: Your legal last name
- Username: Choose a unique username (make it memorable!)
- Email Address: A valid email for notifications and password recovery
- Phone Number: Your contact number for appointment reminders
- Password: Create a strong, secure password
4Click "Sign Up"
Review your information and click the "Sign Up" button to create your account.
5You're Ready!
You'll be automatically logged in and can start using all account features immediately.
How to Log In
1Click the "Account" Button
In the top right corner of the navigation bar.
2Enter Your Credentials
Type your Username and Password in the login form.
3Click "Login"
Submit the form to access your account.
4Welcome Back!
You'll see a welcome message with your name, confirming successful login.
Forgot Your Password?
Don't worry! Recovering your password is easy:
1Click the "Account" Button
Access the login popup from the top navigation.
2Click "Forgot Password"
Find the "Forgot Password" link below the login form.
3Enter Your Email
Provide the email address associated with your account.
4Check Your Email
Look for a password reset email in your inbox (check spam folder too!).
5Create a New Password
Follow the link in the email to set up a new secure password.
