Ways to Check Your Repair Status

You have multiple convenient options to track your repair progress:

Option 1: Quick Status Check (No Login Required)

The fastest way to check your repair status:

1Go to the Status Check Page

Visit our status check page from the main navigation or homepage.

2Enter Your Ticket Number

Type your ticket number in the search field. Your ticket number was provided when you dropped off your device.

3View Your Status

See your current repair status, estimated completion time, and any notes from our technicians.

Option 2: Check via Your Account

If you have an account, you can see all your repairs in one place:

1Log In to Your Account

Click the Account button in the top navigation and sign in.

2Go to "My Tickets" or "Open Tickets"

Navigate to the tickets section from your account dashboard.

3View All Active Repairs

See a list of all your current repairs with status updates at a glance.

4Click for Details

Select any ticket to view detailed information about that specific repair.

Repair Status Meanings

Understanding what each status means helps you know exactly where your repair stands:

Status What It Means
Received We have your device and it's been logged into our system
Diagnosing A technician is examining your device to identify issues
In Progress Repair work has started and is actively being worked on
Waiting Parts Required parts have been ordered and we're waiting for delivery
Completed Repair is finished and device has been tested
Ready for Pickup Your device is ready! Come pick it up during business hours
Picked Up You've successfully collected your repaired device

Viewing Device Details

When checking your ticket status, you can switch between the Device and Customer tabs to see different information:

Device Tab Shows:

  • Device model and image
  • Serial number or IMEI
  • Device category
  • Passcode status
  • Service description with quantity and price
  • Subtotal and tax breakdown

Can't Find Your Ticket Number?

Your ticket number was sent to you via email and text message when you dropped off your device. Check:

  • Your email inbox (search for "ALMIR CO" or "ticket")
  • Your spam/junk folder
  • Your text messages
  • Your account dashboard if you're logged in
  • Contact us directly with your name and phone number for assistance

Status Not Updated?

Status updates are made as work progresses. If your status hasn't changed in a while:

  • Some repairs take longer than others
  • Parts may be on order (status will show "Waiting Parts")
  • Complex issues may require additional diagnostic time
  • Feel free to contact us for a personal update anytime
