Accessing Your Account Dashboard
Your account dashboard is your central hub for managing all aspects of your profile and repair history.
1Click the "Account" Button
Located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
2Log In
Enter your username and password if you're not already logged in.
3View Dashboard
You'll see your account dashboard with all available sections and options.
Account Sections Overview
Your account dashboard provides access to several important sections:
π My Information
View and update your personal details:
- Change your name, email, or phone number
- Update your password for security
- Modify your username
- Update your mailing address
- Click "Update Info" to save any changes
Important: Keep your email and phone number current to receive appointment reminders and status updates.
π± My Devices
Manage all devices registered to your account:
- View all your devices in one place
- See device brand, model, and serial number
- Access complete repair history for each device
- Devices are automatically added when you book repairs
- Use saved devices for faster future bookings
π Online Appointments
Manage your scheduled repair appointments:
- View all your upcoming and past appointments
- See appointment date, time, and status
- Cancel pending appointments if needed
- View detailed appointment information
- Reschedule by canceling and booking a new time

Track all your current active repairs:
- See all tickets with current status at a glance
- View ticket numbers for easy reference
- Quick access to detailed ticket information
- Track repair progress in real-time
- Monitor estimated completion dates

Access and manage all your repair invoices:
- View all invoices (both paid and unpaid)
- See invoice amounts and due dates
- Pay outstanding invoices online securely
- Download or print invoice copies for your records
- View payment history
π³ Payment Methods
Securely manage your saved payment cards:
- View all your saved payment cards
- Add new payment methods
- Remove cards you no longer use
- Set a default payment method
- Your card information is encrypted and secure

View your repair history:
- See all past completed repairs
- Review what services were performed
- Access invoices for completed repairs
- Great for warranty reference
- Track device service history over time
πͺ Logout
Sign out of your account:
- Click "Logout" to securely sign out
- Always logout when using shared computers
- Logout on public devices for security
- You can log back in anytime
Updating Your Personal Information
Keep your account information current for the best experience:
1Go to "My Information"
Click on the "My Information" section in your account dashboard.
2Edit Your Details
Update any of the following fields:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Username
- Password (you'll need to enter your current password)
- Mailing Address
3Click "Update Info"
Save your changes by clicking the update button.
4Confirmation
You'll see a confirmation message that your information was updated successfully.
Managing Saved Payment Methods
Easily add, view, or remove payment cards from your account:
Adding a New Card
- Go to "Payment Methods" in your account
- Click "Add New Card" or "Add Payment Method"
- Enter card number, expiration date, and CVV
- Provide billing address
- Optionally set as default payment method
- Click "Save Card"
Removing a Card
- Go to "Payment Methods"
- Find the card you want to remove
- Click "Remove" or the delete icon
- Confirm the removal
Note: You cannot remove your only payment method if you have outstanding invoices. Pay all balances first, then you can remove cards.
