Updating Your Personal Information

Keep your account information current for the best experience:

1Go to "My Information"

Click on the "My Information" section in your account dashboard.

2Edit Your Details

Update any of the following fields:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Username
  • Password (you'll need to enter your current password)
  • Mailing Address

3Click "Update Info"

Save your changes by clicking the update button.

4Confirmation

You'll see a confirmation message that your information was updated successfully.

Managing Saved Payment Methods

Easily add, view, or remove payment cards from your account:

Adding a New Card

  1. Go to "Payment Methods" in your account
  2. Click "Add New Card" or "Add Payment Method"
  3. Enter card number, expiration date, and CVV
  4. Provide billing address
  5. Optionally set as default payment method
  6. Click "Save Card"

Removing a Card

  1. Go to "Payment Methods"
  2. Find the card you want to remove
  3. Click "Remove" or the delete icon
  4. Confirm the removal

Note: You cannot remove your only payment method if you have outstanding invoices. Pay all balances first, then you can remove cards.
