AirPods, Speakers, Gaming Headphones & Accessories Purchase Policy

All accessories purchased from ALMIR CO. include a limited manufacturer warranty. This policy applies to AirPods, Bluetooth speakers, gaming headsets, chargers, and related accessories.

10-Day Manufacturer Warranty

We provide a 10-day limited manufacturer warranty to protect against hardware or electrical failures caused by defects in manufacturing.

Examples of covered issues include:

  • Device not powering on despite being fully charged.
  • Speaker producing distorted sound due to an internal defect.
  • Headphones with one side not working out of the box.
  • Charging case for AirPods not charging properly due to faulty circuits.

Important Limitations

  • The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage such as drops, cracks, broken wires, or misuse.
  • The warranty does not cover liquid damage caused by spills, rain, sweat, or immersion in water.
  • The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or faded logos.
  • The warranty is limited to manufacturer-related defects only.
If a manufacturer issue is verified, a repair, replacement, or store credit may be offered based on the condition and availability of the product.

Return or Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase, but accessories are sensitive items. We enforce a strict return and exchange policy:

  • Within 48 hours: If there are no manufacturer issues and you wish to exchange for a different color or model, this may be possible.
  • A restocking fee may apply if packaging is opened or the item shows signs of use.
  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, and the receipt.
  • After 48 hours: No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless covered under the 10-day manufacturer warranty.
This rule ensures all accessories sold remain new, hygienic, and safe for our customers.

Covered under warranty:

  • Speaker failing to charge due to a faulty charging port.

Not covered:

  • Headphones broken due to being dropped.
  • Water damage inside a speaker from poolside use.
  • Scratches, dents, or physical wear from normal use.
  • Missing accessories such as charging cables, tips, or covers.
