ALMIR CO. Device Purchase Policy
Effective for all cell phones, laptops, gaming consoles, tablets, smart watches, and similar electronic devices sold at ALMIR CO. This policy applies exclusively to all new or used devices sold by ALMIR CO. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms set forth in this policy.
1. Limited 45-Day Manufacturer Warranty (Provided by ALMIR CO. Only)
All devices sold at ALMIR CO. come with a 45-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. This warranty is not issued by the original manufacturer or any third-party service provider. It is solely provided and honored by ALMIR CO., and all warranty-related claims must be addressed directly through our store. The warranty begins immediately at the time and date of purchase as recorded on the sales receipt and expires exactly 45 calendar days thereafter.
Warranty coverage includes (but is not limited to):
- Hardware-related manufacturer defects such as battery issues, charging port defects, display malfunction, and unresponsive buttons.
- Software malfunctions directly related to manufacturer bugs or factory resets (excluding customer-installed software or modifications).
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Physical damage, including cracks, water damage, accidental drops, or impact.
- Customer-inflicted software errors, third-party app issues, or malware.
- Devices that have been opened, tampered with, jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise modified after purchase.
Warranty claim procedure:
- A full diagnostic assessment is required for all warranty claims and may take up to 24 business hours.
- Devices must be brought in physically to the ALMIR CO. store location with valid proof of purchase such as the original receipt, a photo of the receipt, or a screenshot of the bank transaction if payment was made by card.
- If the issue is validated and falls under the warranty, ALMIR CO. will repair the device at no cost.
- If the issue is non-repairable or parts are unavailable, the Store Manager may, at their sole discretion, offer a replacement device, store credit, or a partial or full refund.
- An exchange or refund is not guaranteed under warranty unless approved by the Store Manager after completing diagnostics.
- Sales representatives or other store staff do not have authority to approve warranty claims, exchanges, or refunds.
2. All Sales Are Final
Once the device has been purchased and has left the store premises, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including:
- Change of mind.
- Preference of a different model or color.
- Device found elsewhere at a lower price.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect the integrity of the merchandise and ensure quality control. The only exception is the limited 48-hour return request described below, subject to manager approval and restocking fees.
3. Return or Refund Eligibility Within First 48 Hours (Subject to Restocking Fees)
We understand that sometimes customers may reconsider their purchase. ALMIR CO. allows a return request within 48 hours of the purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The device must be returned in the exact condition it was sold, with all original accessories and packaging.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours from the exact time and date of purchase.
- The return is subject to diagnostic testing, which may take up to 24 business hours, to confirm the item is in full working condition.
Approval process: All 48-hour return requests must be approved by the Store Manager only. Store clerks, sales staff, or technicians are not authorized to accept return decisions. ALMIR CO. reserves the right to deny any 48-hour return request at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.
Restocking fees: A restocking fee applies to all approved 48-hour return or refund transactions based on the original purchase price of the device.

Once approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase and may take up to 3 business days to process, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
4. Additional Terms and Conditions
- Receipts must be presented for all warranty or return requests.
- We are not responsible for locating transactions without valid proof of purchase.
- ALMIR CO. is not liable for any data loss that occurs during diagnostics or repairs. Customers are advised to back up all personal data before submitting a device for service.
- Devices left for diagnostic or warranty service must be picked up within 30 calendar days of notification. After that period, ALMIR CO. reserves the right to consider the item abandoned and may dispose of it without further notice.
- Any abuse of our return or warranty policy or fraudulent claims may result in a permanent refusal of service and potential legal action.

By purchasing a device from ALMIR CO., the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above. This policy is displayed clearly at the point of sale and on our website.
