This policy applies to trade-ins and purchases from customers. By proceeding with a sale or trade, you agree to the terms below.
Right to Accept or Decline Offers
Almir Co. reserves the full right to accept or decline any item offered for sale or trade at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide an explanation for refusing a purchase. All offers are based on our internal pricing standards, condition assessments, market demand, and resale considerations. Once a price is presented and accepted by the customer, the transaction is final and irreversible.
Final Sale Agreement
Upon accepting our offer, you confirm that ownership of the device or item is fully transferred to Almir Co. You waive any rights to reclaim, dispute, or reverse the sale under any circumstances. Almir Co. becomes the legal owner of the item, and you forfeit all claims or control over it.
Responsibility for Item Legitimacy
- You are the rightful and legal owner of the item.
- The item is not stolen, financed, or under dispute.
- You are fully responsible for the source and legality of the item.
- If any legal claim, investigation, or liability arises after the sale, you (the seller) assume full legal responsibility.
Almir Co. is not liable for any consequences resulting from the origin or history of the item sold.
Identification Requirements
To complete any sale, valid government-issued photo identification is required. This is to comply with local and state laws and for record-keeping purposes.
Device Condition & Functionality
Devices must be evaluated and tested prior to purchase. Any tampering, misrepresentation, or concealed damage may void the offer.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to sell an item to Almir Co. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Trade-In Credit Terms
- Trade-in credit must be used in-store and is non-refundable.
- No price-matching or additional discounts apply to purchases using trade-in credit unless otherwise stated.
Records and Privacy
All sales are documented for security and accountability purposes. Personal information is kept confidential and used solely for transaction-related matters and legal compliance.
