ALMIR CO. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective for all online orders placed through the ALMIR CO. website. This policy outlines the fulfillment options, delivery timeframes, shipping eligibility, and tracking information for orders placed at almirco.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms set forth in this policy.

1. Fulfillment Options

ALMIR CO. offers two fulfillment methods for online orders. The available options may vary depending on the item purchased.

ALMIR CO. currently offers free shipping on all eligible orders. Shipping costs, if applicable in the future, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed and processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing time begins after the order is confirmed and payment is verified.
  • Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Eligibility

Not all items are eligible for shipping. Shipping availability depends on the product type and is indicated on each product listing page.

  • Items marked as shipping eligible can be delivered to your address.
  • Items marked as pickup only must be collected in-store and cannot be shipped.
  • If your cart contains a mix of shipping-eligible and pickup-only items, the checkout will reflect the available fulfillment options accordingly.
  • If all items in your cart are pickup-only, the "Ship to Me" option will not be available at checkout.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

For orders fulfilled via shipping, customers must provide a valid and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Shipping is available to addresses within the continental United States only.
  • The shipping address must include: full name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
  • Customers with an account can save multiple shipping addresses for faster checkout.
  • ALMIR CO. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be contacted to arrange re-shipment or pickup.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be made available through your ALMIR CO. account.

  • Tracking details include the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), tracking number, and a direct tracking URL when available.
  • You can view your order status at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your order history.

Order statuses:

Confirmed Your order has been received and payment verified.
Packing Your order is being prepared and packaged for shipment.
Shipped Your order has been handed off to the carrier and is on its way.
Delivered Your order has been delivered to the provided address.

6. In-Store Pickup Details

If you choose the in-store pickup option at checkout, the following applies:

  • A pickup contact name and phone number are required at checkout.
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
  • A valid photo ID matching the order name must be presented at the time of pickup.
  • Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days of the ready notification may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of ALMIR CO.
In-store pickup is always free and is the fastest way to receive your order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • ALMIR CO. currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  • All items must be in stock at the time the order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after the order is confirmed, ALMIR CO. will notify the customer and issue a full refund for the affected item.
  • ALMIR CO. reserves the right to cancel or delay shipment of any order that appears fraudulent or violates our terms of service.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact ALMIR CO. as soon as possible.

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage and packaging may be required.
  • ALMIR CO. will investigate the claim and, if validated, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • ALMIR CO. is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package shows as delivered but was not received, the customer should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

By placing an order on the ALMIR CO. website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all shipping and delivery terms stated above. This policy is displayed on our website and referenced during checkout.
